Move over, spaghetti. We're all about buckwheat soba noodles now! Made from buckwheat flour, these delicious noodles are high in protein, fiber and minerals. They are commonly served chilled with a savory dipping sauce, or served hot in a broth. Our buckwheat noodles cook up in a jiffy and makes a nourishing meal or side dish when served with chicken, tofu, eggs, or vegetables. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring large pot of water to boil. Add Soba Noodles to boiling water. Cook for 6 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. If water starts to boil over, reduce heat. Drain well. Use immediately in your favorite salad, stir-fry or soup dishes. Tip: If noodles begin to stick together, rinse lightly with water. For use in cold noodle dishes, rinse well with cold water and drain again.
